RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Lovelle, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used, damaged, or altered items
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
